About Skylar ♥

Skylar is a film, television, and stage actress based in New York City and a local hire in Los Angeles and Philadelphia. She grew up in Bucks County, Pennsylvania and fell in love with acting at a young age. 

Some of her latest credits include Lisa in the music video “Fractured Illusions” by First On Script, Jane in the IMS Stadis Web Commercial, Alyssa in the The Barrow Group’s reading of Susie Sits Shiva by Arlene Hutton, and Girls Like That. She currently takes class with MN Acting Studio and has previously studied with Diane Hardin’s Joy of Acting, The Barrow Group and Atlantic Acting School as well as several others. 

Skylar is an absolute fanatic for storytelling, and she sees each new project as a thrilling adventure. Her deep empathy for others has served well in all of her work, and she has been regarded by many for her ability to bring vulnerability and truth to every role.

When she’s not acting, Skylar can probably be found playing with her dog Clio (nicknamed baby), reading up on whatever subject has her fascinated at the moment, watching movies/tv shows (she’s on a mission to watch all the “greats”), looking up makeup tutorials, or singing. Skylar also strives to be an advocate for social change inside and out of her artistic endeavors.
